By popular request we are making our properties available for a short stay (at a premium price) in early June during the Electric Daisy Carnival.

We typically set aside our properties for minimum 4 week rentals during the World Series of Poker (WSOP) which runs from the last week of May to mid-July each year.  If your dates are flexible I can confirm you in one of our properties prior to the last week of May or after mid-July at our regular posted rates.  If your dates are not flexible I can only confirm you in one of our properties at a premium price (because we will not be able to rent out the property for WSOP).  Here are the rates for short term rentals during this time frame (minimum charge is for the rate listed below and that includes up to 6 nights).

3 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10) - Queensridge Coast -- $4,500 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $300/nt
5 bedrooms (sleeps 12) - West Vegas Estate 2 -- $7,700 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $650/nt
4 bedrooms (sleeps 10-20) - Vegas Event House -- $8,900 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $700/nt
6 bedroom (sleeps 12) - High Roller Mansion -- $16,000 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $1,500/nt
11 bedroom (sleeps 30+) - Spanish Mansion -- $22,000 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are $1,500/nt
7 bedroom (sleeps 14-20) - Spanish Mansion 2 -- $25,500 (for up to 4 nights) -- extra nights are just $2,000/nt
